HomeAid Exteriors provides roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior home improvement services to residential and commercial customers in Northeast Indiana. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Siding, soffit, and fascia installation
• Seamless gutter installation
• Insurance claim assistance
• Free inspections and estimates

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project.
• Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work begins.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for material cost fluctuations on projects not yet commenced.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in your written contract or estimate.
• For insurance claims, we work directly with your insurance company when possible.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Financing options may be available for qualified customers.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Indiana law.

Warranties

HomeAid Exteriors stands behind our work:

• Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 15-year workmanship warranty on all labor performed.
• Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact us at (260) 385-6968. We will inspect the issue and address any covered defects promptly.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather events, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Insurance Claims

When assisting with insurance claims:

• We help document damage and provide estimates for insurance purposes.
• We can meet with insurance adjusters on your behalf.
• Final approval and payment amounts are determined by your insurance company.
• You are responsible for any deductibles or amounts not covered by insurance.
• We do not guarantee insurance claim approval or specific payment amounts.

Scheduling and Access

• Project scheduling is subject to weather conditions and material availability.
• You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for work to be performed.
• Please secure pets and remove vehicles from work areas during scheduled work.
• We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to your property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law:

• Our liability is limited to the contract value of the services performed.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work.
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

Licensing and Insurance

HomeAid Exteriors is fully licensed and insured to perform exterior home improvement services in the State of Indiana. We maintain:

• General liability insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance
• All required state and local licenses

Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues directly.
• If we cannot resolve the matter informally, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Allen County, Indiana.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
